Account Number Generator - Creates a unique ID or account number for the current (or current lookup of) Contact, Group or Company record(s). IDs can be sequential numbers or a combination of elements using field values, date components, user information, and/or a sequence number.

Age Today - Calculates the age of the current record as of “today” using the Birth Date field. Can also calculate the span of time between two specific date fields and display the value in a third field, using the defined unit of time that you specify (days, months, or years).

AutoFill Fields - Automatically load any number of ACT! fields with values determined by the contents of another field.

Batch Field Creator Pro - Define any number of Contact, Group, or Company fields and/or Drop-down lists using an Excel spreadsheet holding your desired field definitions. Will also define Opportunity fields in ACT!2010.

Copy Fields Contents - Copies the contents of any set of Contact, Group or Company fields into another set of fields on the same record.

Copy Opportunity To Lookup - Copy a selected Opportunity to all Contact records in the current lookup.

Copy System Field - Copy those inaccessible "system" fields on your ACT! Contact, Group and Company records into specified fields.

Delete Company Lookup - Delete all the Companies (and associated Divisions, if desired) in the current lookup of an ACT! database.

Delete Group Lookup - Delete all the Groups (and associated Subgroups, if desired) in the current lookup of an ACT! database.

Edit Append Field - Add or remove text to or from a field on every record in a lookup.

Field Calculator - A full-feature "calculator" that uses numeric constants and the contents of fields from ACT! records to perform simple or complex calculations, and save the results into the specified ACT! field.

Joint Salutation - Automatically create a “joint” Salutation for couples, partners, agents, or any pair of fields using the values from two user-selected fields, connected by a user-specified string (e.g. and).

Layout Manager - Automatically change the layout based on the field content on the current ACT! record.

Limited Access Manager Pro - Define the Access List for all the Contact, Company, or Group records in the current lookup.

Lookup Contacts In Companies - Create a lookup of all the Contacts that belong to any of the Companies in the current company lookup, or any of the Groups in the current Group lookup.

Remove From Group - Remove the static membership oz all the contacts in the Current Lookup from any selected Group in an ACT! database.

Select-A-Quote - Select which previously designed and saved quote template to use as the "default" template for the next "Create Quote" operation.

Each time you open ACT, you'll see the initial registration screen. In order to try the product, you'll need to fill out the first four fields (with the bold labels) and then click Register Trial.

When you're ready to buy, give us a call at 713-661-5200.

If it is after hours or on the weekend, you can request the unlock code by email. Until you buy and register the product, each time you start ACT!, you'll get a registration dialog. Click the "I'd Like to Buy" button, then select and copy the Product ID. Send an e-mail to support@cornerstonesolutions.com. In the subject line you can put the name of the product you want to register and then paste in the Product ID number you copied. Your Registration Code will be emailed within 24 hours after payment clears.

When you receive the unlock code from us... start ACT again and then start the product and click Help, Register. Finish filling out the form. Enter the License Key you received in the email and click the Licence Retail button. That's it. You can start using the product in full mode with no time or usage restrictions.
