Age Today

• Need to know how old a contact is?
• Need to know how long a contact has been a client?
• Need to know how much time has elapsed between two date fields in your database?

Age Today® reads the value of any date field, determines the age-in-years as of "today", and stores the results into a separate field. (If your database doesn't already have an "Age" field, you'll need to add it.)

Age Today can also calculate the span of time between two specific date fields and display the value in a third field, using the defined unit of time that you specify (days, months, or years).

Use the wizard interface to define any number of "triggers" to activate Age Today. Put a trigger on a field activity (on entering, on leaving or on changing the field value), assign it to a toolbar icon or menu item, or activate it when an ACT! "event" occurs (such as when a New Contact record is created). Each trigger can operate on the current record (Contact, Company, or Group), or current Lookup (of Contacts, Companies, or Groups).

Each time you open ACT, you'll see the initial registration screen. In order to try the product, you'll need to fill out the first four fields (with the bold labels) and then click Register Trial.

If it is after hours or on the weekend, you can request the unlock code by email. Until you buy and register the product, each time you start ACT!, you'll get a registration dialog. Click the "I'd Like to Buy" button, then select and copy the Product ID. Send an e-mail to support@cornerstonesolutions.com. In the subject line you can put the name of the product you want to register and then paste in the Product ID number you copied. Your Registration Code will be emailed within 24 hours after payment clears.

When you receive the unlock code from us... start ACT again and then start the product and click Help, Register. Finish filling out the form. Enter the License Key you received in the email and click the Licence Retail button. That's it. You can start using the product in full mode with no time or usage restrictions.
