Batch Field Creator Pro

Define any number of Contact, Group, or Company fields and/or Drop-down lists using an Excel spreadsheet holding your desired field definitions. Will also define Opportunity fields in ACT!2010.

Instead of working your way through the interactive Field Definition and Drop-Down List wizards, create a spreadsheet holding the values (including Field Level Security) for the fields you want to define, then "batch" the process. Can be used to easily and quickly define fields in the Contact table, the Groups table, the Company table, as well as the Opportunity table (for ACT! 2010 only). This tool is also an easy way to add to the Drop-down definitions. Quick, easy, and effortless!

(Requires Microsoft Excel v9.0 or higher to edit the field definition spreadsheet.)

Each time you open ACT, you'll see the initial registration screen. In order to try the product, you'll need to fill out the first four fields (with the bold labels) and then click Register Trial.

When you're ready to buy, give us a call at 713-661-5200.

If it is after hours or on the weekend, you can request the unlock code by email. Until you buy and register the product, each time you start ACT!, you'll get a registration dialog. Click the "I'd Like to Buy" button, then select and copy the Product ID. Send an e-mail to support@cornerstonesolutions.com. In the subject line you can put the name of the product you want to register and then paste in the Product ID number you copied. Your Registration Code will be emailed within 24 hours after payment clears.

When you receive the unlock code from us... start ACT again and then start the product and click Help, Register. Finish filling out the form. Enter the License Key you received in the email and click the Licence Retail button. That's it. You can start using the product in full mode with no time or usage restrictions.
