Do you have hundreds of old groups in ACT! that you want to delete? Trying to get a clean start can be a daunting task. The problem is...

• ACT! will only let you delete one Group at a time, and...
• You can't delete a Group until you've deleted all of its Subgroups.

Delete Group Lookup® can make your cleanup task so much easier and faster. Once you've created a lookup of Groups, simply select the Delete Group Lookup option from Groups menu and click [Delete] to remove those designated Group records from the ACT! database.

Delete Group Lookup removes the Group (and optionally, the associated Sub-group) records only - it does NOT remove or delete the contacts who are members of the deleted groups. The Contact records remain intact - only their group membership with the deleted groups are removed.

Each time you open ACT, you'll see the initial registration screen. In order to try the product, you'll need to fill out the first four fields (with the bold labels) and then click Register Trial.

If it is after hours or on the weekend, you can request the unlock code by email. Until you buy and register the product, each time you start ACT!, you'll get a registration dialog. Click the "I'd Like to Buy" button, then select and copy the Product ID. Send an e-mail to support@cornerstonesolutions.com. In the subject line you can put the name of the product you want to register and then paste in the Product ID number you copied. Your Registration Code will be emailed within 24 hours after payment clears.

When you receive the unlock code from us... start ACT again and then start the product and click Help, Register. Finish filling out the form. Enter the License Key you received in the email and click the Licence Retail button. That's it. You can start using the product in full mode with no time or usage restrictions.
