Limited Access Manager Pro

Define the Access List for all the Contact, Company, or Group records in the current lookup.

In ACT! Premium, the access to individual Contacts, Companies, Groups, and Opportunities is controlled via an “Access List”, which names the users or teams (of uLimited Access Manager Prosers) who can see the Contact, Company, Group, or Opportunity record. The users included in the Access List can view and update information about that Contact, Company, Group, or Opportunity. However, ACT! Premium will only assign this Access List to a single company, group or opportunity at a time. If you want to assign an identical Access List to another company or group, you must again go through the process of selecting all the members of the Access List and assign it to the other company, group, or opportunity.

Limited Access Manager Pro® provides a way to select the users and teams that comprise an Access List, and then assign that Access List to all the contacts, companies, groups, or opportunities in the “current lookup” of that type, without repeating the process. Particularly valuable in earlier versions of ACT where you could assign Limited Access to only one record at a time.

Each time you open ACT, you'll see the initial registration screen. In order to try the product, you'll need to fill out the first four fields (with the bold labels) and then click Register Trial.

When you're ready to buy, give us a call at 713-661-5200.

If it is after hours or on the weekend, you can request the unlock code by email. Until you buy and register the product, each time you start ACT!, you'll get a registration dialog. Click the "I'd Like to Buy" button, then select and copy the Product ID. Send an e-mail to support@cornerstonesolutions.com. In the subject line you can put the name of the product you want to register and then paste in the Product ID number you copied. Your Registration Code will be emailed within 24 hours after payment clears.

When you receive the unlock code from us... start ACT again and then start the product and click Help, Register. Finish filling out the form. Enter the License Key you received in the email and click the Licence Retail button. That's it. You can start using the product in full mode with no time or usage restrictions.
