Step 2 - Customization SalesLogix Database Design: Helping both the sales and the management teams decide what information is important, and how to track it, is where we play a big role in your efforts. We understand both the critical and analytical issues surrounding your customers and prospects. Conversion of Legacy and Existing Data:
Cornerstone will inspect, and re-configure for import, any required data currently residing in older databases, and/or from any additional sources (salespeople's’ individual stand-alone databases). Setup Security Profiles: Clearly define and setup the different levels of desired security for each individual user or team member in your company. Screen Layouts: We've had lots of experience in designing views that are more efficient and logical for use by your staff. We can also build or enhance views for individual users or for different teams. Letter templates: We will convert your sales and business letters into Word templates that work with SalesLogix. We can build fax templates to include your company logo. We can also help you expand your portfolio of letters to help your staff succeed in every phase of client contact...from prospecting to closing the deal. Custom Reports: We will design custom reports that can even contain charts to display and summarize the information contained in your new database and to help you better manage your business. Synchronization: We will prepare remote databases for synchronization as determined in the needs assessment phase. Step 3 - Integration With Other Products During the SalesLogix design process, we will also be working on the interface that integrates the other areas of your business into a total Customer Relationship Management process. With approval of the final configuration, and completion of any data conversion, Cornerstone will proceed with installations on your server(s), the workgroup users' computers, and the remote users' (mobile) computers.
